This book is an introduction to sensory methodology for coffee professional and covers SCA’s Sensory Foundation Curriculum.

As sensory scientist at CoffeeMind Ida Steen is spending all her time on teaching, consulting and researching sensory aspects of coffee. The focus of Ida’s PhD is finding the best training method to teach sensory skills in coffee tasting. She is an Authorized SCA Trainer and also part of the group who continuously improve the SCAE certification exam system.
